12/05/2009 - ALUVA (India): THE AUGUSTINIANS HAVE NEW NOVICES, SIMPLE PROFESSED AND PRIESTS

The Delegation Our Lady of Grace of India of the Order of St. Augustine continues growing: 4 new novices, 6 simple professed more and 3 new priests ordained recently

And the 24^th April 2008 left the Delegation in India with great happiness and joy as six Novices: Anil Kumar, Bernard Simon, Emmanuel, Nagaraju, Unni Hedson, Viswanath had their first profession. Meanwhile the new batch of Novices: John Marshal, Robin, Romesh, Sinoj Paul joined the Study House and they had their vestition and entry into the Novitiate on 25^th April 2009. As far as the Augustinian Delegation of India was concerned, 8^th May 2009 witnessed the most awaited solemn celebration of the Year 2009 and it was nothing but the Priestly Ordination of three brothers of the Delegation. Br. Jojo Naissery, Br. Anson Joseph Kalathiparambil, Br. Antony Varghese Madathiparambil were ordained to Priesthood by Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Karikkassery, the Auxiliary bishop of the diocese of Verapoly, at St. Anne's Church Parish.
